COFFEE

Is your coffee single origin or blend?
Supply Haus offers a wide variety of coffee to suit all tastes, depending on the type of coffee you are looking for, we have single origin as well as blends and they can be found in the description of each coffee online for sale.


Should I buy ground coffee or whole beans?
We usually recommend whole beans if you have a grinder or using an automatic coffee machine with built in grinder to maintain optimal freshness, or pre-ground powder if you do not have a grinder at home and would still like to enjoy fresh coffee using home brew systems.


How do I store the coffee once it is opened?
Once opened, coffee is best kept in the packaging and placed in a air tight container in a cool and dry place not exposed to heat or direct sunlight. This will help to prolong the freshness and flavor.


TEA

How should I store my tea once it is opened?
Similar to coffee, it is best kept in air tight container in a cool and dry place away from heat and sunlight.


JUICES

Are your fruit juice fresh juice or reconstituted juice?
Our fruit juices are never reconstituted or mixed with any sugar / syrup / other form of sweetener or juice replacements. It is 100% freshly plucked from the fields and washed, cut, juiced and canned direct under strict quality control.


PLACING ORDERS

How do I place an order for the items I want?
You may just click on “Shop Online” and select the items you want before proceeding to check out and make payment through the various payment methods.


What Payment methods are currently available?
We accept Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits, Paylah, Paynow, and major credit cards through our online payment gateway.


DELIVERY

How long will the items be delivered?
Upon successful payment and verficiation, items will be dispatched out within 7 working days. Please note that due to the roasting schedules of the roastery, we will not be able to rush any orders if we do not carry ready stocks. Your coffee will arrive during it’s optimal period to brew.


Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we are serving local Singapore and Malaysia markets, but we are looking at expansion to the Chinese markets including Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Drop us a mail if you would like us to send some over!


What do I do if my order is not here yet?
We strive to fulfil every order as soon as we can however if in the event your order has not reached you within 10 working days, please drop us a mail at info@supplyhaus.com.sg to facilitate our checks on whoever is hogging your Delicious Beverages!


RETURN POLICY

Can I cancel /refund my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order or make refunds once order has been processed.


What is your return policy?
We strive to provide the best quality beverage products to all out customers but in the event where you have received a faulty or damaged product, Please reach out to us within 2 days of receipt and drop us a email at info@supplyhaus.com.sg for us to look into it. Please note that the return request is strictly at Supply Haus discretion if it is not due to manufacturing defects.
